STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Zion Fitness combines functional fitness in a fun and social group class setting.  We believe classes should be Structured, Progressive, Sustainable and Scalable for all levels of fitness. Our in house Exercise Physiologist designs all of our class workouts with these thoughts in mind.

Class Information

  • Our signature class.

    A 60 minute session focused on our strength and accessory components, finishing off with our conditioning piece.

    We work in 8 week strength blocks, designed by our in house Exercise Physiologist to be progressive, sustainable and scalable for all fitness levels.

    Capped at 16 people.

  • This class will make you sweat!

    A 60 minute high intensity session designed to increase endurance and push your limits both physically and mentally; remember you need to earn that rest period.

    The aim of the game is to be moving fast through the movements to maximise your workout. We utilise a range of cardio equipment and emphasise lighter weights to ensure we get the best results put out of our sweat sessions.

    Capped at 16 people.

  • Get ready to leave it all out there for your team.

    A 60 minute session designed for all fitness levels to challenge your endurance and determination.

    Every Saturday is your chance to tackle our high energy and high intensity partner/team session. Work hard in the name of the team and have little fun along the way.

    The class is capped at 24 people.

  • Expect to see muscle growth.

    We are excited to bring your our newest class.

    A 60 minute circuit styled session utilising both free and machine weights in an attempt to.. yep you guessed it, build some muscle.

    Our targeted strength and muscle endurance circuits are divided into lower and upper body session, designed to maximise your results.

    Capped at 8 people.

  • The inverse of our strength and conditioning class.

    A 60 minute session where you can expect to see a variety of movements designed to challenge strength, fitness, coordination and your mindset.

    Challenge yourself with a 30 minute conditioning component before we move through our strength and accessory work for the remainder of our session.

    Capped at 16 people.

  • Think strength and power.

    A 60 minute strength session all about improving your overall strength and power.

    Don’t expect the heart rate to get too high, but do expect our professionally crafted program to transform your total body strength.

  • Our signature youth strength and conditioning class.

    A 60 minute session designed by our in house exercise physiologist for our youth to learn the basics of safe weight training.

    We provide a supportive and inclusive environment that meets and challenges each youth at their level; building confidence and resilience. Expect your kids to come away feeling empowered, uplifted and out of breath.

    Capped at 12 youths.
